Pane carasau, but also the well-known are malloreddus, culurgiones and fregola. As for fish, the bottarga of Cabras and Carloforte tuna fish are excellent. Sausages and cheeses are some of the tastiest local products, and Sardinian pecorino is certainly the most renowned. 

Central was established in 1974 following a family cheese making tradition of many decades. Its production processes are modernized and the company is appreciated in different parts of the world. Central is maybe (as size) the biggest producer we source our products from however we have chosen their cheeses because the quality is high and very consistent plus but not less important their logistic is perfect.
