Central was established in 1974 following a
family cheese making tradition of many decades. Its production processes are
modernized and the company is appreciated in different parts of the world.
Central is maybe (as size) the biggest producer we source our products from
however we have chosen their cheeses because the quality is high and very consistent plus but not less important their logistic is perfect.
