MEET THE PRODUCER
“La latteria”, as Francesco
and Saverio Scinocca still love to call it, formally starts the business in a
very small laboratory (about 30 square meters) located in the historic center
of the town of Bojano. Only a few hundred liters of milk are processed,
spinning exclusively by hand. The brothers are very young, but already have
over ten years of experience gained in other local dairies. Having worked in
different companies allows him to select the best from all, so immediately
Valle Verde scamorza and fior di latte are favored by people, both on the local
market and in Abruzzo, in particular in Pescara Chieti and Vasto.
