NOTES It is the classic pork meat used to make the famous ´Nduja Spilinga´, typical spreading salami, in this case is processed finer and grounded with red chili spicy in greater quantity than normally is used in the classic Nduja, To give a very strong spicy taste to the product.
The slightly cylindrical shape makes practical to keep the product comfortably in the fridge. Once open, consume within 30 days. Low quantity of salt.
