NOTES
These tortellini are characterized by their extra thin covering of our pasta, which speeds up their cooking time, and our luxurious filling of 24-month Parmesan and our DOK Dall´Ava cured ham, which has been aged for a minimum of 16 months.
Ingredients are totally natural and are produced without any preservatives. Thanks to the long seasoning of the fillings the finished product has a low water content which allows the long shelf life of the tortellini.
These little bites are already packed with flavour so please be gentle when adding any condiments. Just a little oil or butter is all you need to add, or perhaps you could make the classic ‘Tortellini in Brodo´
