Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible tender and wrinkled rind.
A fine and compact texture closed in a soft rind and slightly creamy layer under the rind.
Camembert has a considerable scents and aromatic complexity, due to a careful mix of three different milks and a patient aging process.
In the mouth, sensations of milk, hay and straw with a light animal note.
