NOTES Radicchio Rosso di Treviso late, is the "sword", more commonly associated with the typical production of Treviso, and widely used in cooking. Bush stretched tight and wrapping leaves, a nice red wine, slightly bitter. It can be enjoyed raw in salads, with different seasonings, and cooked especially: fried, grilled, stewed in rice.
