It is famous in the world for the genuineness of its ingredients. Extra-virgin olive oil, juicy red oranges, Pachino tomatoes and Pantelleria capers, prickly pears and the olives of Nocellara del Belice are some of the excellent products that distinguish Sicilian food. Yet, we cannot forget the most famous cheeses, like Ragusano, Piacentino Ennese (Saffron Pecorino), anchovies and the semidried tomatoes.

For four generations Recca family´s name has been related to the craftmade production of fish in Sicily. Recca pays a lot of attention to the quality of the source of the fish, carefully selected, controlled and exclusively of Mediterranean origin, but also to the type of fish processing itself, which still takes place according to the old traditional method that ensure a very high level of quality and the unchanged freshness of the final product.
