The pride of Lazio is Porchetta d´ariccia (delicious roasted pork), particularly that of the Roman Castles; the black olives of Gaeta; Roman artichokes.

Leoni produces the famous Porchetta di Ariccia PGI and the Arrosto di Porchetta PGI but also a big selection of typical cold cuts of Lazio and sausages. The production of typical products is distributed in Italy and in the European Community. Their history in the handicraft production of Porchetta di Ariccia began in the 40s with Grandfather Augustus Leoni, who was among the earliest in deboning the pork, salt it, wisely spice it and tie it in the form that made Porchetta di Ariccia known all over the world.
