The name Nuvola - ‘cloud´ - was chosen not only for its lightness but also because of its original rounded shape. This cured turkey salami is made from ultra choice Italian turkeys. Careful raw material selection and artisan working results in extremely low fat content. Turkey meat is rich in noble proteins and low calorie, too, making it ideal for those looking for a healthy, light diet without sacrificing taste.
