To make this fantastic ham we use the same fresh legs selected for the production of our San Daniele ham; heavy legs from pigs bred mostly in the plain of the Po, a place of high dairy production and rich in whey that added in the right proportion to the diet of the animal gives to the meat the delicate bouquet that makes the difference. Probably the best breed-pigs in Europe. This product is characterised by a delicate perfume and for the light pink colour of the slice, surrounded by a thin layer of fat that melting in the mouth completes the quality.
