NOTES It is made only with weighty pigs, born and bred for the trasformation in the Mantova land, the same area used for the production of “Grana” cheese.
This is the evolution of San Daniele ham. From the basic 16 months, it passes to 24 months of seasoning that will be indicated in days on the label.
