Lardo di Norcia Stagionato w/Pepper & Rosemary 1.5KG Renzini

INGREDIENTS pork lard, salt, dextrose, sucrose, spices 0,5% (pepper, garlic and rosemary in varying proportions), flavourings, preservatives (E250, E252), antioxidant (E300). 100g of lard is made of 102g of meat.

SEASONING 6 months

WEIGHT 1x1.5kg

SHELF LIFE 120 days

NOTES A classic Umbrian cured meat product, lard is seasoned for 6 months during which time it takes on an unusual, fine flavour from the salt, vinegar, pepper, garlic and rosemary used to flavour it. The lean meat veining in the centre is the result of the two parts of the pig´s back pressed together.
