Taggiasche are small purple olives that have been cultivated in Liguria for centuries.
They are small and plump with a firm bite and a mellow fruity flavour, making them perfect for both aperitivo and cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place away from any sources of heat.
Once opened, cover with water and keep refrigerated 5 days max.
