Small Capers from Pantelleria in sea salt La Nicchia

Pantelleria capers are fleshy and have a delicate flavor. Thanks to the sea salt, their fragrance and texture remain unchanged over time.
Rinse the capers thoroughly in a strainer and leave to soak in water for a couple of hours before use. Dry and dress with extra virgin olive oil or use immediately as required. Suitable for sauces, dressings and condiments, for garnishing meat and fish dishes, sprinkling on salads and as pizza topping. The capers are 4-8 mm in diameter. Capers are entirely hand-picked and harvesting is staggered, with 10 to 12 harvests per year carried out from June through September.
