NOTES
Taggiasche are small purple olives that have been cultivated in Liguria for centuries.
They are small and plump with a firm bite and a mellow fruity flavour, making them perfect for both aperitivo and cooking.
The olives are pitted with automatic cycle, and filled with extra virgin olive oil. As an exception, some olives could contain the stone or part of it
Store in a cool, dry place away from any sources of heat.
Once opened, cover with water and keep refrigerated 5 days max.
