Egg yolk, fed with feed containing synthetic dyes, shelled, homogenised,
pasteurised, refrigerated. Product is not subjected to ionisation.
1kg of product corresponds to about 55 shelled egg yolks.
Product can be used as it is in pastry preparations, ice cream shop, egg pasta and gastronomy.
Product should be stored at temperatures between 0 and 4 ° C.
Once the packaging has been opened, it is preferable to use the product within 24-48 hours.
