NOTES Delicious Datterino cherry tomatoes cut in half together with tomato juice. For those who want to do it themselves, use the base of this semi-ready product: cherry tomatoes and a little basil, nothing else is needed. The traditional “Spaccatella” is made with small round cherry tomatoes that are washed, not peeled, split in half and put in the jar with a little basil ... just as everybody would do with the tomatoes of his own garden.
Warm up for 2/3 minutes and taste it with Spaghetti!
