Mixed egg of hens fed with feed containing synthetic dyes, shelled, homogenised, pasteurised, refrigerated.
The product is not subjected to ionisation.
1 kg of product corresponds to about 20 shelled eggs.
Product can be used as it is in pastry preparations, ice cream shop, egg pasta and gastronomy.
Product should be stored at temperatures between 0 and 4 ° C.
Once the packaging has been opened, it is preferable to use the product within 24-48 hours.
