INGREDIENTS Wheat flour, sugar, almonds (Sicilia/ Val di Noto), hazelnuts (Piemonte IGP), butter, milk, raisins, Marsala cream, walnuts, slivoviz, whole fresh eggs, egg yolk, grappa, brandy, rhum, honey, pine seeds, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fat acids) yeast, lemon peel, salt, aromas.

NOTES The gubana is a typical cake of the area known since 1400 as a cake just for special occasions. It was an expensive cake due to the great quality and quantity of the ingredients used to prepare it. The recipe currently used by our baker is the same as the ancient one but the addition of a selection of first quality ingredients has brought the product to its highest level.
