Table blue cheese made from goatīs whole milk. It has a cylindrical shape with high and straight heel.
Processing takes place in a boiler, and dry salting is applied according to the evolution of hundred-year-old traditions. Paste has typical moulds for the presence of many blue-green veins
due to the growth of moulds in needle-pierced holes. Soft paste, with no eyes present. Mild, delicate and savoury taste. The full and typical flavor of goatīs milk combined with moulds releases a delicate and inviting aroma.
