Finocchiona and Pancetta Cipressi PREORDER
INGREDIENTS Pork meat, salt, natural flavourings, aromatic herbs.
SEASONING 90 days
WEIGHT 100 gr
SHELF LIFE 21 days
Finocchiona: lean and fat meat of Italian pigs ground to medium grain and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and wild fennel. Stuffed in natural casing, to be tasted after one month.
Pancetta: obtained exclusively from meat of Italian pigs. Trimmed to obtain the typical squared shape, then processed with salt, pepper and herbs. After a short ageing it is rolled-up and tied. Ageing lasts at least three months. When cut, it shows a bright red colour, is rich of spicy fragrances and of a intense taste.
