NOTES Dolomitico is a cow´s milk blue cheese with semi-hard paste. After a few weeks of maturing in special rooms, this cheese continues its aging with double malt Dolomiti beer, that enhances it with the scents of malt. Fine and light flavor, enriched by the beer´s notes.
