NOTES Goat cheese aged in ashes.
Soft cheese, crushed with vegetable charcoal, prepared with cow´s, goat´s and sheep´s milk, starters, salt, rennet.
Surface treated with vegetal coal.
It has cylindrical shape, dark gray color, tender crust, weighing about 180 grams.
From the ancient tradition of preserving cheese in the ash, this cheese is made with soft and oily pasta and its thin crust from the characteristic dark color due to washing with vegetable charcoal during the maturing process.
In the mouth, the sweet feeling of cooked milk blends with the pleasant vegetable and bitter note of coal.
To taste at room temperature.
Packed in polystyrene cassettes of 6 shapes,
